Asean Culinary Academy

Asean Culinary Academy (ACA) is an Accredited Centre for the Department of Skills Development (DSD), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. Since its establishment, ACA has been approved to offer courses in food preparation/chef training, bakery, pastry, food & beverage services and Indian restaurant that lead to the award of Malaysia Skill Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) by DSD. ACA is also an Approved Centre for City & Guilds of London.

ACA training system ensures that trainees acquire the relevant skills and knowledge for the preparation of their careers.  Our focus is on the achievement of excellence for trainees to practise in the field of hospitality and culinary arts, by both hard and soft skills.
